JEFFREY R. MILLS, ASA

Mr. Mills is a senior appraiser with Katzen, Marshall & Associates, Inc. Since entering the appraisal profession in 1992, he has been responsible for over 500 valuations of securities, business enterprises and intangible assets. Prior to joining Katzen, Marshall & Associates, Inc., Mr. Mills was a Director with Bernstein, Conklin & Balcombe. He was responsible for field investigations, analysis, and report preparation of valuation studies. Previously, Mr. Mills was a Principal in the Dallas office of Appraisal Technologies, Inc. Mr. Mills’ experience also includes corporate finance activities with Morgan Keegan, an investment banking firm.

Education

Mr. Mills holds a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from Harding University, Searcy, Arkansas. He graduated in 1991 from Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas with a Masters of Business Administration degree, finance emphasis. He is also an accredited senior appraiser (ASA) in the American Society of Appraisers in the Business Valuation discipline.
