Chuck M. Lueckemeyer holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of Montana and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Montana.

Since entering the business valuation industry in 2008, Mr. Lueckemeyer has built extensive experience developing and implementing financial models for a wide range of valuation assignments. He conducts valuations of business enterprises, equity interests, private equity holdings, and intangible assets for both public and privately held companies. His work supports financial and tax reporting, mergers and acquisitions, estate and gift tax planning, and fresh start valuations. His technical expertise includes ASC 805/IFRS 3 business combinations, ASC 350 goodwill and intangible asset impairment testing, ASC 360 impairment or disposal of long‑lived assets, and ASC 718 share‑based compensation valuation. This strong analytical foundation enables him to deliver precise, data‑driven insights tailored to each client’s business and reporting requirements.

Outside the office, Mr. Lueckemeyer enjoys spending quality time with his wife and child, exploring the outdoors, and weight training.
