Tad J. Broussard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Oklahoma. He is an accredited member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA).

Since entering the business valuation industry in 2007, Mr. Broussard has participated in the valuation of firms ranging from $2 million to $4 billion in total assets and exceeding $4.1 billion in revenues. His work includes estate and gift tax planning, employee stock ownership plans, management planning, business combination analysis (ASC 805), stock option valuation (IRC 409A), goodwill impairment testing (ASC 350), valuation of contingencies using Monte Carlo simulations, solvency opinions, fairness opinions, litigation support, merger and acquisition advisory, and transfer pricing.

He has worked across industries such as technology, energy, automotive, communications, manufacturing, construction, retail, distribution, real estate, healthcare, transportation, entertainment, service companies, and other niche sectors.

Outside the office, Mr. Broussard enjoys quality time with his wife and two children and participates in family activities including hockey, soccer, football, and travel.
